Open a profile to see the whole person: household, attendance, giving and care.
Every service they've attended is here.
Care notes keep pastoral follow-up in one place, private to your team.
Heard someone is going through a hard time? Follow up opens a case for your care team.
To add someone, choose Add Person and type their name.
Save, and they're in your directory.
Visitors land in First Timers, so someone who came once still gets a call.
And Households keep families together, for check-in and giving statements.
